As a graphic designer on the events team, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a Shopify event that I helped design in-person. The event was a Shopify event for the Support Org, which is about 3000 people strong, and it was amazing to see my work in person. This was my first time attending an in-person event I helped design, and it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Not only was it amazing to see my work in all its glory, but it was also amazing to meet my coworkers, who I hadn't ever met in person before. I work remotely, so I had only ever interacted with my coworkers online. However, at the event, we were able to meet face-to-face and build stronger relationships. I made so many new friendships with coworkers, and it was great to finally put faces to names.

The event was attended by Shopify merchants, who provided workshops and presentations on a wide range of topics. I was thrilled to see so many passionate Shopify users sharing their experiences and knowledge with others. It was a great reminder of the impact Shopify has on small businesses and entrepreneurs around the world.

In addition to the merchant workshops, employees from different departments of the Support Org gave talks and presentations. It was inspiring to hear from so many different perspectives and learn about the diverse roles that make Shopify what it is. It was an amazing opportunity to learn more about how each of us contributes to the company's success.

Overall, this event's purpose was to elevate company culture and increase work motivation and productivity and it definitely succeeded in doing so. The energy and excitement at the event were contagious, and it was clear that everyone was committed to building a stronger, more connected Shopify community.

Being part of such an amazing event and seeing my work come to life was an incredibly rewarding experience. I feel lucky to work for a company that values its employees and is committed to building a supportive and inclusive culture.
