Shipping policy

We currently ship to:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery takes approximately 5 to 24 days.
Delivery takes approximately 10 to 24 days for our Absolute Green collection and 5 to 14 days for our Almost Green collection.
Direct-to-consumer orders from the Absolure Green collection are dispatched from the United Kingdom and direct-to-consumer orders from the Almost Green collection are dispatched from France. All wholesale retail orders are dispatched from Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, and the buyer is responsible for the applicable charges at the time of delivery.
Lost or damaged in the post:
If an item is damaged in the post, please email info@dibkast.com with an order number and photo(s) of the damaged item. The item will need to be sent back to us in Canada for inspection.
If we determine the product is genuinely damaged, we will send a free replacement. If an item is lost in the post or returned to the sender, we will redeliver it.
Exchanges:
We don’t offer returns at this time, but we do offer exchanges on unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Products can be exchanged for store credit or a different product of choice.
Please note that exchanges must be sent back to us in Canada, and buyers are responsible for shipping fees. To start the exchange process, contact info@dibkast.com.
