Description
Inspired by the Hindu and Buddhist spiritual teachings of the Chakras, as well as Dr. Joe Dispenza’s view of energy centers. All matter is made of moving atoms/molecules, demonstrating that everything contains vibrational energy. This is supported by quantum mechanics, the theory of relativity and the laws of vibration and thermodynamics. Physics reveals that energy interacts through resonance, where one vibrating object amplifies another, making the concept of feeling "vibes" a real phenomenon. Meditation, breathwork, intentional movement, lifestyle and nutrition are ways to connect with energy centers. Engaging the body when experiencing emotions activates connection to the subconscious, where deeply rooted neural patterns, such as trauma and chronic pain, reside, promoting healing through neuroplasticity.
