Description
Inspired by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) organ clock. This clock is based on the idea that life energy flows through the body in a 24-hour cycle, divided into two opposing 12-hour halves. Each organ system and its corresponding emotions peak during a specific 2-hour window in one half and rest at the opposite time in the other. This cycle can help guide daily rituals, supporting physical and emotional well-being by aligning actions with the body's internal biological clock and circadian rhythm. Engaging the body while experiencing emotions activates the right brain and connects to the subconscious, where deeply rooted neural patterns such as trauma and chronic pain reside. This process supports healing through neuroplasticity.
