Shopify; Money Summit 2022 Event Motion Graphics

"Money Summit 2022", a premier event for Shopify, brought together 400+ people for an immersive in-person experience. The event was a grand success with employees and merchants engaging in amazing talks, interactive workshops, and evening networking parties. This year's event was held in the eastern region of Canada, with branding created by a dynamic duo of designers.

Over 100 digital and print designs were created for the event, featuring stunning design elements crafted with vectors and pixels in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma. The branding is inspired by a retro 90's sticker concept. The design is colorful and playful, featuring vibrant gradients and bold typography that take you back in time. Retro 90's designs evoke a sense of nostalgia for those who lived through the decade, while younger generations are drawn to its fun and lively aesthetic. 

By emphasizing the value of communal meals and teamwork, this event has fostered a culture of innovation, increased employee productivity, and strengthened loyalty to the company.

The overarching sticker concept and primary font of this branding was proposed by Jennifer Piatkowski.
